Hello,

I’m a 66 yo retired married dude with a rescue dog and 2 x rescue cats.She works and I do the cooking during the week. I’m a huge fan of handmade items ( watches, coffee grinders, road bicycles and now Japanese knives ). I’m sure I am going to gleen a ton of good info from this forum. Definitely looking forward to it!
