I have a few knives i would be interested in trading for your:

Zkramer 10" Gyuto. (SG2 preferred, open to Meji or 52100) Willing to accept *Almost* any condition blade.
Or
Hinoura / Mizuno / Mazaki
Or
General "project 240mm Gyuto", let me know what you have.

Options.
Sukenari zdp-189 240mm Hairline, Marble and Ebony handle. New. ($310.00)
And/OR
Sakai takayuki Ginsan bought here: ($225.00)
https://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/threads/sakai-sakura-ginsanko.40860/Ginsan is a real performer on this knife, i put it on the stones to start working the wide bevel. knife is now at a zero bevel monster,
Flattening is still not complete, but i dont want to put extra wear into the blade if its not needed. It will be a perfect project for somebody to start on their wide bevel life.
And/OR
Sakai Takayuki Blue 2 bought here: ($170.00)
https://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/...akai-takayuki-sakura-gyuto.40982/#post-611039This knife needed thinning pretty badly, I got it to a zero bevel and its now a light saber. All sharpening zones are stone flat. Easy polish job. Needs New handle, I removed it and smashed it to get rid of the Silver spacer as it was loose and annoying.
And/OR
What I picked up in a trade as a Musashi Kogetsu By: Yoshito Yamakawa (mono white 1)
https://www.jshoppers.com/en/product/W15472but really has (All) the properties of a Masafune
Masafune SK Gyuto 240mm Rosewood Handle ($95.00)
This knife is thin, and is actually a great performer, Flat Grind, low reactivity, really performs more than 2x its price.

Pictures upon request.

Ah man those sakai takayuki knives were my first real japanes knives makes me want another seeing them here

I’d like to see what that ST Ginsan looks like now.

It's surprising how Poor lighting makes blades look like garbage. Anyways, this is my "ready for use" state.
