feeling some fomo after missing a few Tobias knives so….

Looking for gyuto that is a minimum of like 240 to 250 is my max. Again im cool with a few extra mm here and there.
Edit:240 and above only max is probably 255 ish

Height 50 to 55 ish. I’m flexible here or there a few mm

Otherwise open to whatever.
