Dear KKF community,
I recently purchased a Yoshikane knife from another KKF member (see attached pictures). It is a 210mm Gyuto W#2 with iron cladding. The knife was originally purchased at cleancut. I know Yoshikane produces specials for stores and other retailers, however, this are are very unusual kanji for Yoshikane. I attached a normal and a polarized image of the kanji written on then knife. Can anybody please identify these for me. Thanks
