Yokishane SKD Nashiji Kiritsuke 210 Gyoto. Pretty much brand new - gentle test cuts on my Asahi board only twice. Flawless grind and fantastic fit & finish. Sturdy at the spine and thin at the tip makes it a very versatile knife. Custom maple/turquoise handle.
I’ve got the 240 version - this one was given to me as a gift hence the sale. Put it through a couple passes on my Naniwa 3000 to bring the edge up to speed.
