I actually soak most of those stones at the recommendation of Jon. I have heard good things about the g2k and the g6k. I don't have anything in 6k.

Sorry I didn't add this item but I do have the JKI flattening plate and an atoma 140. I also have a sink bridge and stone holder.

Picked up this beauty this weekend from Crocker cutlery. Milan 275mm 56mm 305g.

So far with the little I have used it I'm liking it. The handle is a little long and it's a little forward heavy. it weighs 222 grams.
