I just stropped on a piece of wood with red compound and now it is sharp enough. Much more sharp than before stropping. The picture is before stropping. Once more I am amazed how removing a very very little steel modify the behaviour of a knife.

On the website it is supposed to be Double Bevel Edge 70/30. On the one I recived it is eaven better looks like 95/05 with no stering.
I can not be happier. Just I shall be caerful whit sharpening.

It was 420€ shipped VAT included for the #2000 and the #6000 5mm from practical sharpening. To be honest the #2000 is a 6mm stone. I shoud have bought all grits
