    Thai bird peppers taste Asian to me. I like them in Asian dishes. Reapers are too hot for me, and I lose taste and only feel heat. So, food does not taste good to me after it happens.

    They are not trying to be the top hot pepper. There are plenty of peppers that bring more heat. I think they have a nice flavor.

    I had a taste of a muton pepper out of a garden in Honduras in November. It was fresh and tasty. It was along the lines of habaneros and scotch bonnets.

    This is what we do with left over turkey. It is a casserole made with curry that we make every year after Thanksgiving. I almost forgot to take a picture. We put it over egg noodles.

    We are cooking a 20 lb turkey in the oven and smoking a 12 lb ham in my smoker. The kids and grandkids take a lot of leftovers home with them. I also like to make a turkey and broccoli casserole with curry using turkey leftovers.

    When I was younger, I liked Kobe beef burgers. They had a nice taste and good fat balance. The wagyu I see now looks to fatty to me. I would not buy any wagyu I see in the stores now. I live in Texas and we have lots of beef. I grew up eating beef. I eat beef almost every day.

    Texas Chili cook off in Terlingua Texas has some pretty good chili. I had a friend win it back when I worked. He said you make chili to be judged not to eat. Definitely no beans.

    I need advice choosing between Demeyere frying pans

    That video is old before he remodeled his kitchen. Here is a more recent version. He seems to like the All Clad copper core now as he says he has used it for a year.
