Thai bird peppers taste Asian to me. I like them in Asian dishes. Reapers are too hot for me, and I lose taste and only feel heat. So, food does not taste good to me after it happens.

This is what we do with left over turkey. It is a casserole made with curry that we make every year after Thanksgiving. I almost forgot to take a picture. We put it over egg noodles.
We are cooking a 20 lb turkey in the oven and smoking a 12 lb ham in my smoker. The kids and grandkids take a lot of leftovers home with them. I also like to make a turkey and broccoli casserole with curry using turkey leftovers.
When I was younger, I liked Kobe beef burgers. They had a nice taste and good fat balance. The wagyu I see now looks to fatty to me. I would not buy any wagyu I see in the stores now. I live in Texas and we have lots of beef. I grew up eating beef. I eat beef almost every day.

Texas Chili cook off in Terlingua Texas has some pretty good chili. I had a friend win it back when I worked.
