    I'm with @tostadas - I'll use whatever I'm using, usually carbon but I love me some HD2/SG2, and wash and dry before serving. I'll grab a Wusthof if the knives are back on the rack and I forgot to cut something acidic like a lemon.

    You're most welcome! I wouldn't say I don't recommend it, it worked fine. Depends on your needs, and in my case what was available (I had the tent and light, and with that setup it's much easier to grow larger amounts).

    It works just fine. Kind of a PITA to clean. After one cycle I ended up starting 72 seeds in a 2x2 foot tent with an LED panel and then planted them outside in raised beds.

    Thanks guys much appreciated!! I honestly surprised myself picking the handle, but when my guy at TF showed me the options and told me they had an urushi specialist in-house, I couldn't resist. You definitely don't see them often. I was worried it might be slippy in use but it's not in the least.
