    Excellent suji, sharp as they come, laser-like and thin profile. Smaller handle which can go either way depending on your preferences. Blade tends to flex would be the only downside personally encountered.

    Knife has been used in a pro environment for sixth months, sharpened regularly on 800grit JNS stone. Minor scratching from use not sharpening, and a blade road has been placed on the right bevel. Plenty of life left in the knife, lovely blade, looking for something with more weight. $100 shipped...
