I've polished bevels on the Manaka cleaver and burnt boring walnut handle. I've tried to burn it in a type of a gradient from light roast to fully burnt but it turned out to be harder than I thought. I'll try to even it out with sandpaper.

@jaydee Just checked and height is 54-55mm, about the weight I would assume it's close to 200g as stated on JNS

I'll be back home tomorrow, but i don't have a scale so can only tell a height.

Unfortunately SS clad is no fun for me so decided to let it go. Used few times, still has Toyama zero edge with some microchips. Some scratches here and there mainly because of my terrible magnetic rack. Selling with the original Toyama handle, not the burnt one. I bought it new on JNS. 450e...

A quick update, I decided to go with a slightly more abrasive paste so it now looks like this and a size comparison with toyama and kaeru 240s
