    Help with Knife identification

The top says Tokyo, middle two letters say Japan. IDK what the third character in the middle is. The three more intricate characters I can't really read except for the one in the middle, that one means moon. Sorry for my rather poor kanji reading; I'm only Chinese.

    Rnats?

I've been thinking about these areas of Russia (Primorsky Krai and Khabarovsk Krai) and I realised millions of years ago, they were once connected with Japan. Would it be unreasonable to believe that the stones found in these regions would be very similar to Jnats?

I'll throw in one that's 5, 6 kilometres away from me. I don't have any good photos, so I took one from the internet. K-Cliffs, Werribee River Park.

    Forged VG10 vs normal VG10

VG-10 is just like any other steel really, in my experience possibly a little brittle, somewhat prone to chipping. Just treat it as any other steel.

    Favourite Melbourne restaurants?

Well, for cuisine preference as long as I don't see ants and smoke coming out of my dish, I'm good (that kinda food, y'know). I don't have much of a preference for types of restaurants. Price, max 150, maybe 200. For area, as long as it's no more than an hour from the CBD I'll be alright.

    Why do you hate santokus?

Santokus, I definitely think a part of the unpopularity is that 95% of them, just like nakiris, aren't made above 180mm.

    Who makes the Gesshin stones?

Well, I recently found something- On the Maido stones, it said it was produced by 末廣山- Suehiro Mountain. That means that some of the Gesshin stones are made by Suehiro. Just an interesting fact.

    Who makes the Gesshin stones?

The Gesshin stones have had some really good feedback generally, especially the 2k and 4k. But, no information is given on what makers make the stones. Does anyone know?
