How’s the compilation going?
Anyone have a photo of the K&S 240 and 210 Mazakis side by side?
I am looking for a visual size comparison.
I thought it was because they were forged in volcanic vents on the slopes of Mt. Fuji. No?
For those prices they should be very specific and they are not.
Maybe I'm being unfair, but those knives may be aimed more at a fashion market...
Not necessarily in order:
- Toyama 270 gyuto -- cuts anything
- Takeda gyuto -- thin, light, sharp, excellent food release
- Fujiyama FM 240...
If this is your first Japanese knife and it is not the sharpest thing you've ever touched, it needs sharpening. Many Japanese knives do...
