    Traveling to Japan need help with knife selection

    I currently have a set of Shun Ken Onion knives that I like a lot double edge I will be traveling to Japan next month and need help in purchasing 2 or 3 knives to use at home for personal use I would appreciate suggestions on knife makers and also type I would like to buy single edged knives...
