Stuffed flank steak tonight

Prime Tri-tip smoked for 1.5hrs while my first attempt at bacon was smoking. Finished on the Weber. I'll try up the bacon in the morning to get my verdict.

Smoke turkey breast trial run. Brined overnight and 2.5 hours on the smoker for this small breast. It passed!

Nothing fancy but some good comfort food last night. Breaded pork chops and mashed taters.

What's the height? Have to see if they would fit the slots remaining in my block.

Very nice. I did 6 racks of baby backs, a 5lb brisket flat, and beans on the Rectec.

That chicken patty would make a killer breakfast sammich.
