    Have any one tried to take the handle apart before ? i think they use epoxy, but i'm not sure if it is all the way inside or just sealing the holes. Any help would be appreciated :)

    What do you guys prefer ? I'm buying the Rika 5000. There are 2 options, with base for 52$ without for 49$. Never used stones with base before so i'm not sure which ones is better.

    My polished Sakai Yusuke

    My Sakai Yusuke had very deep patina and it started to get very sticky with food so i decided to clean it up and take some pictures. I'll slowly add more pictures of my other knives :) I used 120, 320, 600, 1000 and 1200 sand paper. not very polished but good enough. What do you guys think?
