Thank you Mark! I will work on getting some pics up soon. Need to buy a bandsaw but need to pay my angry machinist wife back for the anvil first.

    Working with woodshed wood

Thanks a ton guys. And no, I don't need it all done at once, I would just like to get it all square and stored if there is an easy route. If not I am perfectly happy one chunk at a time.

    Working with woodshed wood

So I am lucky enough to have an unbelievable supply of wood for handles. I am only interested in making wa handles. Though I have a ton of material for scales if I ever decide to go that route. The problem is, 50% of it is unfinished turned work from my lady's great grandpa and the other 50% of...

Why does it all come back to Washington!?!?!? Any idea if these are quality/valuable? I didn't even notice...

    Found an old kiln. Useful?

To clarify, that is the max temperature. I can set the thermostat to whatever I want between 0 and 2300 F. The timer goes from 0 to like 18 hours, but says "approximate time" which kind of scares me.

    Found an old kiln. Useful?

So I was cleaning out my girls great grandpas shop (holy crap you wouldnt believe some of what I found), and converting it into a welding/knifemaking shop, and under a gigantic pile of rugs found and old Olympic 2318 Kiln with LT3-K controller. Like this one here...

Red cabbage. Mussels. At the same time I thought I would liven it up. I ADORE prepping artichokes.
