Some gyudon. I always buy a bunch of ribeye, but don't want to just make steak. Also some great whole milk from the farmers market.

    Pretty places

I had a trip planned to Big Sur a few years back, but the weather didn't play nice. Ended up going to Lassen Volcanic instead which is one of my favourite places.

Cutting back on salt in my cooking has ruined my abiltiy to salt my cooking. hahah

Kind of a similar situation, but from a different start. I visited my parents for a bit and they use much less salt in their cooking. I went back home and started using less salt in my cooking and now feel like I've lost my sense of how much salt to put in things. I used to almost never think...

    Whats your most expensive hobby?

I didnt find them fatiguing, but I don't think I've ever found any headphones fatiguing, so I might not be the best judge. I also listened to them on a very synergystic amp/dac combo (luxman p1u and nuforce something I can't recall rn) that is pretty warm. I think they also sound great for edm...

    Whats your most expensive hobby?

I don't really think the HD800S and Focal Clear Pros don't sound similar at all. The soundstage on the HD800S is significantly wider and deeper than on the Clears and gives a completely different presentation of the music. Also they're a lot more transparent sounding and less engaging if that...

What I've realized from the pictures I post is that I always use the same plate to eat. More salmon, but this time with zucchini and rice that I finally got around to buying!

I made lentils for the first time a few days ago! Sloppy plating and cutting though as it was right after practice and more concerned with stuffing food down my face than making it look nicer :)

How are places doing in vaccine stage?

I'm in Evanston, IL just north of Chicago. I just got an email saying residents 65+ in Illinois can sign up for their vaccines which I believe is up from 75+ a week ago. The rest of my family (parents 50-ish and brother mid 20s) are getting their vaccines sometime this month as they work in...
