    Petty Thoughts

    I have this same Gihei tall petty B#2 that operates in my kitchen as mini gyuto. Overall, I like it a lot, but note mine is quite thin in comparison to other pettys in the stable. Works great for detailing small proteins at home.

    Thanks for the insight, definitely heard conflicting reports on the Moritakas... I do like thin grinds and enjoy the character that the reactivity brings... Also, it seems difficult to search on this forum; as I get a lot of warning messages and no results. Is this related to the vetting process...
