Grew up with Wusthof/Zwillings then went to a Miyabi SG2 then a couple Takefu knives then Toyama/TF/Y. Tanaka for a while. Finally went to mostly Western makers which I'm pretty much settled on for now (Milan/Yanick/Bidinger/Kippington/Kamon/Dalman/Halcyon Forge). Been a fun journey. Too many...
Even better than pictures there are whole videos of the knives being used:
Thanks again @fortheloveofmoar for pulling this together. Was a very interesting read.
Yoshi was kind enough to let me play around with his Shindo at the meet up at Blenheim and I was impressed. For the money I would definitely encourage it. Can always wait for a restock too

Length heel to tip: 211mm...

Bought directly from Andrei from this listing he did. I got #4.
His descriptions of the gyutos from the listing: "I will offer you five knives similar to each other but still they are different🙂.

Definitely so far. Some @SolidSnake03 deals definitely give this a run for its money. Sadly not been quick enough for either.
Whoever got the Jonas got a great deal as well. If the new owners of either decide to move on let me know
From what I’ve used a fun list would include Milan Gravier, Yanick, Bidinger, Kamon, Dalman, Halcyon forge, Kippington, Birgersson, The9, Raquin, Catcheside, Evan Antzenberger, HSC, Markin, Newham, Isasmedjan
