I owned a 210mm Denka western handle Gyuto. Great performer, F&F is not the best at the price point but man I just love using it at work.

Received my Toyama Gyuto yesterday, realized that the tip is slightly bended to the left. Also realized some uneven grinding on the knife. Is this normal guys? How do I fix the problem? Thanks guys! Can post pictures after work today.
