    Appreciate it guys. My guys have ordered knives from Korin so that makes sense. That metal shimmer running from the handle tapering towards the tip of the blade up top made me think it might be Honyaki. :)

    Hey Guys, I’d really appreciate anyone who can ID this Yanagiba based on the kanji (see pics). Found in my folks drawer, and from the pattern on one side, it looks like it might be a honyaki! Thanks y’all.

    Just picked up a Y. Tanaka B2 Damascus 240 Gyuto. Just learning it’s shape, but I’m in love with the balance.
