    Hi Jason, One of your problems is that you grilled it too long!! You should only be searing the outside for 30 seconds or so per side on a very hot pan or with a torch. At 3 minutes a side you are cooking the steak more instead of just searing it. :my2cents:

    Hi There, After reading this article, "http://www.michaelandjudystouffer.com/judy/articles/vinegar.htm", several years ago, I always user hydrogen peroxide and vinegar to wash my fruit and veggies with!! It is an interesting read!! Cheers!!!!...... :yammer:

    Hi Eamon, I was taught to cut up the lime leaves into small pieces and add just before you take it off the heat. Would you please explain how you are using the leaves. Yes I agree the smell of these leaves is stimulating!! :wink: Thanks!!!!

    Carpenter XHP?

    I have 2 knives from Butch in XHP and a couple of his knives in CPM154 and I really prefer the XHP. From what I have experienced the XHP steel keeps a much sharper edge a lot longer than the CPM154. I definitely prefer the XHP! :2cents:

    New knife from Del. Del suggested that since the piece of desert ironwood was so special, that I should consider using the wood for 100% of the handle. I took his suggestion and I'm glad I did as this piece of wood is spectacular!!! The picture does not do the knife or the handle justice!!!!
