Hi guys, Tried to sharpen at a steeper angle, I think I used uneven pressure. The edge is hair shaving sharp, but it doesn't look right. What did I do wrong, and how do I fix it. This is kind of my beater knife so I don't mind messing about with it so much learning new skills. How can I fix...
