Hello, I just picked up this old cleaver for a couple dollars. I am a sucker for dirty old carbon and wanted a new little project.
As I am fairly new to the knife world I was wondering if anyone could help identify the maker.
I am unable to read all the words, bit was able to make out a few. I attached a really crappy drawing of what I have made out.

It is also my first cleaver, albeit a small one.
This forum has been a game changer for me. My knowledge and techniques have improved rapidly!
Thanks

For anyone interested, through the magic of photo editing, I got enough letters to be readable to decider that it says “Royal brand cutlery company” with “sharp cutter” in the middle.
I was a company that operated from 1913-1954 and made some knives for the military during WWII.
An exotic wood expert I know believes the scales may be gabon ebony.
