Hello everyone,

I made this knife primarily to see the alloy banding on 135C3 steel.

Knife specs:
- Gyuto: 250mm x 66mm
- Spine thickness: 5.15mm at the handle, 3.5mm in the middle, and 0.35mm 1cm from the tip
- Steel: 135C3, 64.7 HRC, with a fine etched finish
- Low S-grind, approximately 5-6mm from the cutting edge
- Weight: 264g
- Handle made of curly narra wood with a titanium bolster
