Not even sure what exactly I'm looking for, but I ended up really enjoying the Maillet Nakiri I got recently, but it also made me want to try a bigger rectangle.

  • Flat profile is a must.
  • Edge length between 180-190
  • Height between 60-70
  • Ideally kurouchi... I quite like this mini cleaver by Kurosaki (I know... lol).
  • Another I'd like to try is a Takeda if one exists on those dimensions.
  • Westerns very much ok too
