Happy Friday Everyone,
Finally! After being inundated with some variety of flu last week I finally managed to get something finished. It's my smallest gyuto to date with only a 190mm edge, I had intended it to be a 240mm, but notwithstanding. On a completely unrelated note, I can't say that I recommend the peen straightening method for hardened MagnaCut...ahem....Now that I'm back on my feet I can get on with finishing up the remainder, up next comes a RH 290mm.
