The9
217x50mm
195g
Wrought stacked with 15n20
Blue 2 core
Bidinger
230x59mm
214g
4mm spine out the handle tapers to <.4mm
3v steel
Shouldn’t have to say much about these 2. Both these knives are lightly used and never sharpened. Keeping this US only.
The Nine is a beauty with some real masterful forging. Core steel is hard and the stacked wrought is really cool to look at. Just a tad too pricey for me especially now that I got a 210mm Shi Han. Cuts extremely well and the shinogi is very subtle and flows into the hira nicely.
Bidinger is an absolute fine-tuned beast. Pure performance with a 4mm spine and a nail flexing edge. Prime example of how “geometry cuts”. Could be dull as hell and I’d bet it’ll still perform. Absolutely stunning handle as well. Only selling this because I was able to acquire a 225mm Magnacut.
The Nine is $1250 shipped and Bidinger is $1150. Prices are just ever so slightly above what I paid. I’m going to take a loss on the other knives I have up for sale so that’s why.
Will first consider trades. Love me some western makers but I’m also trying to recoup some funds after buying about 6 knives in 1 month. So nothing too pricey.
Feel free to PM and I’m sorry if my communication is spotty.
