Hello All,
Here's another honyaki from a batch of 4 I've been plugging away at. This is one of my wilder and unruly hamons that really just did its own thing and didn't follow the clay at all. The results however random, are quite a spectacle to behold. Aside from the hamon itself, the blade also exhibits impressive banding.
Once again I'm offering this in semi-custom format. The neck length, POB, and handle are all at the creative liberty of the buyer. Attached are pictures of available handle material blocks (Note: cherry, ash, maple, and burned oak are also available, and blocks #370, the pink and blue block, and the pink and grey block are taken)
A video link, because pictures just never do hamons justice:
Have a good day everyone!
