In for the market for a 210 yo Denka.

Just hit me up with pictures if you want to sell one!

Thanks but 670€+shipping+tax is a bit heavy for a 210 Denka.

Have I got that right that the smith at teruyasu changed? Any idea how that afflicted performance?

There are a couple of smiths working at any given time at TF. I did notice shortly after he left that some of the production got a little chonky. Thicc grinds and heavy as a result. That may not be the case now 18 months later. Whatever the effect his sudden departure had on production its most likely resolved now.

Yeah the tax is what will kill most deals outside the EU.

Bump.
Looking for 51cm+ with a pretty straight edge and a thin grind :)

I dont like the round profile with no flat spot. Is that the new Denka form?
Looking for something like it this (og Website):

I am in contact with them. Pictures look like rust on KU.
Thanks
The cladding is stainless. Its extraneous material that gets incorporated during the manufacture process, just your everyday TF wabisabi. Embrace the wabisabiness.
