Hey everyone!

This is one of my more lightweight Gyutos. It has a flatter edge profile and a walnut and paper micarta handle. This one I made a little while ago but if there is more interest I will make another batch of them.

Heel to tip is 228mm on this one, and height at the heel is 53mm. It weighs 149g.

The knives look really nice. I’d like to try it if there’s a passaround. The only thing is I wish there was more beveling on the handle. I find I am totally impacted in my opinion of knife handling by the lack of a comfortable bevel.

Thanks! I could do a modified handle on one of the ones I have already in production, but I probably won't be taking custom orders until the end of February.
