Here's #6/7 from the 52100 batch. This was my first attempt at an s-ground blade of any kind, and it went very well. I only cut the one side out of caution on this one, but I probably could have done both. It might have a bit more drag than a double s ground blade, but it should still have all of the same food release characteristics that such grind are renowned for.
Even though this is a brand new listing it still qualifies for my ongoing 10% off sale.

- Blade: 230mmx54mm 52100 (64hrc) 320 grit finish
- Neck: 17mmx18mm
- Handle: 128mm, tapering from 24.mmx23.0mm to 22.5mmx19.0mm, burned oak, oil finished and waxed
- POB: 37mm from handle
- Spine: 2.6mm at the neck, 2.12mm at halfway, .67mm 1cm from the tip
- Grind: Hollow to convex single s-ground RH bias
- Weight: 127 grams
- Relieved choil and spine
- Edge: zero, .19mm @2mm, .43mm@5mm, .64mm@10mm measured at the midpoint.
