Here's a first for me, a workhorse in Z-Wear.This is my first time working with this steel. I changed my blade profile up a bit on this one just for the sake of variety. For those of you unfamiliar with this steel it's essentially a CPM version of CruWear, which is more or less a higher carbon version of CPM-3V with a tungsten addition. It's a very tough, high wearing steel with edge retention somewhere in the same range as MagnaCut.

- Blade: 230mmx50mm Z-Wear(CPM-CruWear) (63hrc) medium scotchbrite belt finish
- Neck: 18mmx19mm
- Handle: 128mm, tapering from 23.4mmx22.6mm to 21.5mmx18.8mm, burned oak, oil finished and waxed
- POB: 55mm from handle
- Spine: 3.66mm at the neck, 2.78mm at halfway, .82mm 1cm from the tip
- Grind: flat to convex RH bias
- Weight: 178 grams
- Relieved choil and spine
- Edge: zero, .31mm @2mm, .6mm@5mm, 1.0mm@10mm measured at the midpoint.
