Hey yall,

Been buying alot of gyutos but am now in the need of a suji or 2 solely for protein fab which I do a ton of. Current knifes I own that I love are my mazaki 210 w#2, wakui v2 240, konosuke sumiiro 210.

Prefer carbon and on the thinner side. No preference on budget either. Send me what you got!

Also open to larger petties as well (180-210mm)
 
I have an Ashi 270mm wa carbon suji that doesn’t get enough use with me. It’s very thin and carbon and fit and finish is good


I can share current photos if you’re interested.

I bought it here on BST originally but my collection has grown (and in truth I prefer western handles)
