I recently purchased 3 Henry Hyde knives after snagging an awesome cleaver in a Solid Snake sale (not going anywhere!) and checking out a really nice 220mm gyuto at Crocker Cutlery that was a little short for my liking. Blah, blah, blah, too many knives sitting in boxes going unused and I haven't touched any of them while trying to decide what to keep, so I'll probably post all three and see what sells. Here's the first one:
Hyde Handmade Euro Chef Knife Semi-Integral
Size: 242mm x 54 mm
Weight: 208 grams
Steel/Finish: 26c3 aka spicy white
Handle: cherry wood and I can't recall the bolster material, but it looks like a synthetic mimicking a green turquoise
Asking what I paid, $430.00 CONUS + Canada
