Wide-bevel body, this Kemadi is an absolute beast on the board. With the blade heavy balance, it just whispers through vegetables like nobody’s business. I’ve only sharpened this once on my Aoto, just to touch up the edge. Comes with a gorgeous blue patina and a crazy eyed Birdseye Maple magnetic saya.
