Description
I am looking to sell my 240mm white 1 Hitohira Togashi gyuto, because I have too many knives and need to make room for some new additions.
I bought the knife from Pro Tooling in 2020 and paid €520 including duties and import taxes. The knife has been used infrequently in my knife rotation as a home cook since then and has only been fully sharpened once.
The knife is in excellent condition, as illustrated in the pictures and I removed the patina in preparation for selling the knife.
The handle is secured using hot glue, so it will be easy to remove should you want to swap it out for something more exotic.
Shipping within the EU via DHL and the knife will be shipped in the original box.
