270mm Vintage Carbon Sabatier Gyuto with Custom Applewood cokebottle handle + dyed maple burl handle. I bought this off another forum from the handle maker. Let me first start off by saying how comfortable and stunning this knife looks and feels in hand. Stupid smooth and perfect f&f. The figure in the applewood is almost like a hologram its ridiculous. The blade runs 268mm long,48mm tall and the spine runs 2.5 mm thick. Cuts surprisingly amazing. Never sharpened but stropped on jnats and diamond loaded felt. I really dont want to sell this but i have to scrape up funds for unexpected tire drama for my car. Asking what i paid.

135mm Shibata Kotetsu K-tip Petty in R2 steel with octagonal rosewood handle and african blackwood handle. This petty is a shallot BEAST!! i bought it mainly for detail oriented prep such as brunoise shallots and herbs. Literally used it for a couple shallots and have kept it in my drawer with the other queens ever since. Practically BRAND NEW!! Never sharpened or stropped. I really wish i can use it more but im doing fine knife work with sujis nowadays. The knife is listed as 135 mm long but this one is actually 139mm and 41mm tall. Also dont want to sell this but gotta do what i gotta do
