Yoshihiro blue 2 k-tip gyuto, 233mm x 47mm, used for 3 years off and on, has been thinned once and re-etched, more convex, good cutter and decent taper, comes with edro saya and pin

Anryu katsushige Nakiri white 2, 160mm x 46mm, never really got into nakiri’s and this has sat around as a project knife. Was chipped once, a new cherry wood handle was put on and I’ve played with the finish. Was originally bought at the Knifewear garage sale 5 years ago. Needs a thinning, comes with poplar saya I made.
