You tall heel lovers are going to hate this one, but I think it could be fun idea. 40 days using knives at 40mm or under in heel height.

Who would be willing to join me? Can we get 40 users to commit to 40mm or under for 40 days? We could start at the end of ARM when people have been using knives that are likely 50mm+ exclusively for a month.

think that means 210mm (or shorter) sujis...

I've actually been pondering the use of a 240 suji as 'all round knife'... but I don't have one. Always open to donations.!
Using a 210 petty / suji works great for certain things (like potatoes, where I do a lot of drawcuts) but for all-round use I'd want something with more length. Tried my 270 suji but it didn't really work either. 240 suji might do the trick.
It seems to work for Marco Pierre White... then again so do Knorr stockpots...

edit: nvm, didnt read properly. I thought this meant less than 40mm in length.

hmm, the only things I have that are under 40mm height are my munetoshi butcher and a petty. Everything else, even my suji is over 40mm.
