Toyama 240 blue 2 damascus gyuto, 241x52, 243g. Lightly used, never sharpened, has typical Toyama microchipping from the factory zero edge. I heard Toyama is retiring in the near future…

$675 -> $650 -> $625 g&s CONUS

When you got the knife brand new did it have those chips already?

No, the Toyama's come with a zero edge. They are ground down to a razor thin edge, no bevels which is great for cutting, but so thin that they tend to microchip initially. This is intentional, allowing/forcing owners to set their own bevel. I own several Toyama's. Love them, highly encourage someone buying this as the price is nearly $300 off of a new one and there are not likely to be many more of these made.

@Hauscarl, I am going to need to ask you to remove that F&F from the description. Don’t hesitate to adjust the price accordingly if necessary. But we need to follow the PayPal rules. Thanks.
