Hey KKF,

I recently sold my deep etch Milan and I feel like I have a hole in my collection that I need to fill. So I’m looking for a Milan gyuto, iron/wrought clad with a flatter profile, 225 - 270 mm.

I am offering this workhorse 9 of mine that I recently refinished. Slight right hand bias.

228 x 56 mm
5 m at the heel
276 grams
blue 1, wrought iron
Bog oak handle

I turn 30 in Dec, so after @Bico Doce and @Mikeadunne get their turns I want my Milan gyuto.

GLWT - usually I see trades asking for a Milan and think “lol, that’s not gonna do it” but a 9 doesn’t fit that category. Very uncommon blades that people seem adore, I bet you find what you’re looking for!
