Takamura Uchigomo Hana 210mm gyuto

I am the second owner and have not used this knife after I got it. Never sharpened. Very minor buffs from usage of first owner.

Comes with Box and stock black saya (see pics -- saya has some dents) -- as well as original store receipt from Japan.

The handle is a custom two-tone ironwood from porter customs.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if you sort by new to old on Migoto (and also scrolling by date through their IG), the blue 1 gyuto lines (full convex/mirror and shinogi/satin restocked in Oct 2022 and suminagashi restocked in July 2022) appear newer than the white 1 kasumi gyuto (last restocked Feb 2022).

I'm certainly not trying to say newer = better. Just learning more about the chronology.

In any case, it's well worth reading khashy's excellent review of this white 1 kasumi.
