Sometimes the reward is worth doing something I am not fond of.
These are in trade for a couple of things, one for the shop and one for my personal collection.
Not something I would normally do unless the enticement is great.
Now I have to go and clean my shop from all the dust I made is crafting these.
What a mess.

Wow del!!! So damn puurrrrty!!! the gray dyed burl in the middle of the right column is drop dead gorgeous. Please sell it to me ;)

I dig the chocolate colored burls--look really 3 dimensional. Not sure what the woods are but they all look great.

great looking handles! In the future I what to get a custom handle for one of my gyutos.
May I ask what type of wood did you use for the ferule? Should it be stabilized?
