Hello. I've been a lurker for about a year before becoming a member, and I joined chiefly to learn more about purchasing JNats wisely, and to purchase them.
I'm a sushi chef, but now I'm looking to trim my current kit of stones and knives, because I don't them all, but also to make some cash asap.
I'm not really a person who enjoys using forums, and to be transparent: While I do take an interest and have some knowledge on the subjects I am currently posting on -- my goal is to be able to use the B/S/T forum. I intend to follow all of the rules, of course, but please let me know if my behavior is in anyway inappropriate, or if there is anyway I can raise my credibility as a one-time seller.
