These are all in wrought iron/nickel/1.2210 (Austrian silver steel) laminated, with handles in walnut or laburnum.
If you like these there will be more to come in the following days and weeks. Thanks for looking!

Haha I've been eyeing the walnut one for a couple of days... one post in here and they're gone in no time!!!
I can't wait to have the funds for one of your knives. Keep up the good work!

I have definitely been curious about DP knives. They get a lot of love from the forum, I assume for a reason. The "mighty beast" still up on your site is probably too much for a home cook. I look forward to experiencing one for myself.

I may end up modifying that knife if it doesn't sell. It is comically enormous, and doesn't really fit into any practical category of knife that I'm aware of.

I sure hope not, practicalities of having to sell your knives aside, it's really cool. Somebody already bought the 298 mm, maybe just need to wait until they realize they want a longer version.

If I remember correctly it is 303 mm. The first real knife I got was 270 mm and seemed like a sword. However it seems like there are plenty of professionals that seem to do 270 mm at a minimum so I am sure you will sell it. 240 is my default, but 270 does not seem unapproachable after the first.
