I regularly chat with Steve (Rock chop) on a daily basis, sharing tips and discussing our failures. It's fascinating how much frustration can go into achieving a beautiful result, and it’s great to have someone to talk to about it.

His work is exceptional, especially his polishing, which is truly sublime. I still can’t figure out why he doesn’t charge more for that service.

He loves a voice message doesn't he. I am not sure how much he charges for polishing but it's £8 per inch for thinning (sharpening included) and I am not sure if that's cheap. Add to that £9.45 for return delivery.

Hahaha yeah he does, but I think if he typed out replies to everyone that would be its own full time job.

Having spent literal days on some of the same tasks he’s done on my knives sorting out geometry/edge profile and then getting a nice finish on them, I’d say it’s absolutely fantastic value. He should be charging more in my opinion.
