I want to start by saying that I will be moving to the EU next month, so this is a rare trade post that is open to both US and EU!
As my collection grows, I find myself leaning in certain directions. Right now, I'm really wanting to bolster my Takada collection, so I'm hesitantly putting out this list of potential trade items, to see what's out there:
- Konosuke FM W1 240 gyuto $675
- Konosuke FM W1 210 gyuto $475
- Kippington 52100 230 Laser $700
- Shihan A2 230 gyuto $650
- Shihan AEBL 230 gyuto $630
My list of wants is simple: Takadas!
I'm open to seeing any and all Takadas you may have, but my preferences are for B1 steel, BNIB condition, and perhaps most importantly, rare/one-of-a-kind items
All knives are in essentially the same condition I got them in, and I've tried to value them at my breakeven point. The FMs can be polished professionally at JKI for an extra $125 in value, if desired
I want to emphasize that none of these are knives I'm eager to part with, so probably gonna leave this up for a while and explore options
