Adamas Forge 170x40 91g spicy white with hollow grind. The handle is bog oak and dyed maple. Beautiful and fun little knife. The etch on this one is awesome with the bit of patina that has developed. Used about 10 times at home but I’ve come to realize it is a little too light for my taste. Never sharpened, first owner. Paid $325 asking $275 shipped.

Harner boning knife 7” CTS XHP
Closer to 8”. Bought to try it out and not loving the curvature at the tip. Used a couple times, never sharpened.
